HF Group PLC, a multi-dimensional financial services provider, on Friday said its three directors, Ms Gladys Karuri, Dr Kaushik Manek, and Mr Adan Mohammed, will step down from its board on 28th May 2021. Gladys joined the HF Group board in 2016. She is currently the Group Finance & Strategy Director in Britam. Dr. Kaushik Manek was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of HF Group Limited effective 26th June 2015. Adan joined the board on 15th October 2012. The Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) has approved the liquidation of Charterhouse Bank (CHB) Limited by appointing Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation (KDIC) as its liquidator.
