Covid-19 public health restrictions, including mask mandates in public spaces, have been lifted across Kenya, Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe said Thursday. Kenya and Moderna Inc have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish the first mRNA manufacturing facility in Africa.
