Genge rapper Mejja has been named the lead influencer for Captain Morgan.

The partnership, set to run for eight months, will see Mejja engage in Captain Morgan events and communicate the essence of the brand through his influential social channels.

Kenya Breweries Limited’s Spirits Marketing Manager Kennedy Mutula said the brand decided to partner with Mejja because he is relatable and connects with its target market.

In his first event with Captain Morgan at Greenspot Gardens, Mejja delivered an electrifying performance, with DJs Karoski, Malaika, and MCee Buju also delivering an unforgettable party.
