Ihsani Culture House, a Kenyan company that designs bespoke bridal and clothing, has decided to sell it and has invited expressions of interest (EoI) from interested parties.

Nkatha Karauri, the founder, says they are selling the bridal and clothing division of the company.

“Going forward, the company seeks fresh direction through a change of ownership and talent,” she says.

Ihsani is a 2-time award-winning, 5-star-rated bespoke design brand and limited with zero liabilities and a registered trademark, says Nkatha.

“8 years of design in luxury and the general market has given Ihsani experience. This has laid a foundation for insight-led growth for the future.”

“Ihsani was born out of the need to solve the problem of restoring dignity in the fashion industry in Kenya through innovation and excellence in bespoke service.

Overall, for Kenya, it has been and is being accomplished alongside many other excellent designers. The baton is now being handed over to a new mission.

The brand benefits from building a ready accounts team, supply chain lists for packaging and fashion materials local and international, and partnerships with local “big” manufacturers, pattern drafters, and tailors.”
