Elsa Majimbo has won the E! People’s Choice Award for African Social Star.
Announcing the news on Twitter Elsa thanked everyone who voted and those who encouraged people to vote and everyone who supported her in her journey.

The 19 – year-old comedian was nominated for the award in early October by E!.
Elsa competed against seven other contenders, including social media star and model Karl Kugelmann, South Africa’s rapper and actress Sho Madjozi, international Emmy Award-nominee and actress Thuso Mbedu, magician and TikTok star Wian van den Berg and Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi.
Nigerian YouTuber Dimma Umeh and African Movie Academy award-winning actress Lydia Forson from Ghana.
The winners are based on an open to the public voting system which closed on October 23rd at midnight.
