Francis Wabuke Appointed GM for Cash Strapped Mumias Sugar Company

Mumias Sugar receiver-manager KCB Group has appointed Francis Wabuke as acting General Manager.

Wabuke is a former employee of the Booker Tate Company, an international agricultural production, and processing consultancy firm.
