Kenya-listed NCBA Group Plc has named the former NIC Chair, James Ndegwa as its new chair.
In his position, he will be deputized by the former CBA chair, Desterio Oyatsi. John Gachora will serve as the Group’s managing director.
Ndegwa has extensive experience in governance and business management. He is the Chairman of First Chartered Securities Limited and is a Director of several other companies. He also serves as Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA).
