Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) is rapidly expanding its branch network in Kenya. Four new branches have opened, and three more are planned for April.

DTB’s total Kenyan presence has expanded to 87 branches, catering to customers in growing towns and busy areas of Nairobi.

Newly opened branches are Gikomba, Tom Mboya, Global Trade Centre (Nairobi), and Bomet Town.

Those planned for opening are in Nanyuki, Karatina, and Nyahururu.

DTB opened 18 branches in 2023.

DTB CEO Nasim Devji emphasizes the bank’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service and convenience.

“With these new branches, we’re reaffirming our commitment to being a trusted partner for traders, farmers, retailers and business owners, providing tailored solutions and fostering meaningful relationships in every community we serve,” says Ms Devji.

DTB Customers can access their accounts and conduct transactions through the bank’s digital channels, while the physical branches offer personalized services.
