Kenya’s National Treasury has re-opened the sale of Ksh 500 million mobile-based infrastructure bond M-Akiba for infrastructure development. The sale began on Monday, August 19 and runs up to September 6. The reopening will see investors once again offered 10 percent in tax exempt-fixed-rate payable semi-annually with a tenor of 3 years.
