The Communication Authority of Kenya (CA) named Ezra Chiloba, former CEO of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) as the new Director-General of the Authority following the retirement of Mr Francis Wangusi. “Mr Chiloba is a policy consultant and principal partner with Chil and Kemp consultancy and an advocate of the High Court of Kenya,” CA said in a statement.
