The Kenyan side are out of the continental competition, losing 8-1 on aggregate.
Jules Ulimwengu opened the scoring for the hosts as they looked to overturn the huge goal deficit they suffered in the first leg.
The Green Army however failed to build on the first half goal and headed into the break with the solitary goal.
In the second half, the visitors came out stronger and more threatening than in the previous half.
Their push would be rewarded in the 79th minute when Amir Sayoud equalized for the Algerians.
