Centum Real Estate has completed the handover of 24 luxury four-bedroom apartment units in phase two of its Loft Residence project at Two Rivers.
All 24 four-bedroom units have been sold, ranging from Kshs 36.0 million to Kshs 52.0 million.
The project was funded through a Kshs 3.0 billion bond issued by Centum Re. 21.0% of buyers utilized mortgage financing.
