Global Technology Company Epson has announced that it will present its full range of projectors and visual communication technology at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2024 event in Barcelona, Spain, from January 30 to February 2, 2024.
Epson will use its industry-leading technology to demonstrate the incredible transformative potential of projection in various applications, such as arts and entertainment, education, corporate life, retail, leisure, and culture.
Visitors to the Epson stand at ISE will experience Epson’s latest immersive projection feature: a giant umbrella that unfolds in a cascade of vivid colours in celebration of festivals around the world. The umbrella projection draws inspiration from many international festivals, such as the Barcelona carnival, the Chinese New Year and Lantern Festival, the Japanese Tango No Sekku, Kodomo-no-hi [Children’s Day] and Cherry Blossom festivals, the Portuguese AgitÁgueda Art Festival [umbrella festival], the Busan fireworks festival, and the Thai lantern festival known as Yi Peng & Loy Krathong.
Epson will also showcase the world’s smallest and lightest 4K 20,000 lumen projector, the EB-PQ2220B, which was announced in early 2023.
This projector is packed with Epson’s state-of-the-art, patented technologies and uses the same 4K-quality interchangeable range of lenses as the existing EB-PU series.
Its small size and weight mean less waste from packaging and lower costs for transport, storage, and installation. Building on the success of its EB-PU2200 series, Epson’s new ultra-lightweight, compact high-lumens projector offers easy installation and set-up, simplified maintenance, and stunning image quality.
Epson’s latest 4K technology combines its proprietary 4K Crystal Motion, panel thermo-control, and double micro-lens array technologies to achieve optimal clarity. The new range offers custom-built 4K graphic processing, with the latest chipset providing significant improvements in operating frequency, memory bandwidth, and data transmission for a seamless 4K experience.
As a global leader in projection technology, Epson will demonstrate how its projectors can transform corporate spaces into spectacular immersive environments that can greatly enhance corporate brands. In partnership with Purple Digital Storytelling, Epson will demonstrate the power of projection across a range of business activities, such as presentations, digital showrooms, sales pitches, product training, employee onboarding, and large company gatherings.
Epson’s advanced projector technology, together with Purple’s Hyro 3D software, can immerse company employees and visitors in engaging, interactive, and highly professional digital content.
On the corporate front, Epson’s Regional Head for East and West Africa, Mukesh Bector, said that Epson would also host a demonstration of Microsoft Teams Front Row, showing innovative, immersive, and inclusive layouts for hybrid meetings that make remote attendees feel like they are in the room using Epson 4K projectors that create the ultimate meeting room experience.
Epson will demonstrate how this sophisticated solution can be scaled to work for businesses of all sizes with its large format XL solution and its smaller solution, which enable small companies to unleash the true potential of hybrid working.
For education, Epson’s projection technology is driving an exciting digital transformation. At ISE 2024, Epson will showcase its Interactive Teaching System, a wrap-around, self-standing solution featuring three of its innovative EB-770Fi interactive, ultra-short-throw projectors. “It offers endless possibilities for immersive, interactive teaching in a way that can never be achieved with flat panels,” said Mukesh.
Additionally, Epson will display its projector lens line-up on the stand, revealing its extensive range of flexible, versatile, interchangeable lenses. Epson offers unparalleled lens compatibility, with the same 4K lenses working across its entire range of 4K projectors.
