    NCBA Bank Opens 3rd Branch in Kiambu

    It brings to 3 the total number of branches opened this year and 90 countrywide.

    NCBA Group opened its third branch at Kahawa Sukari in Kiambu as part of its local and regional expansion strategy.

    In launching the Kahawa Sukari branch, Tirus Mwithiga, the director for retail banking at NCBA said the expansion represents the company’s steadfast commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its customers.

    “This latest branch will be key to supporting the local businesses in the area by offering personalized banking solutions.     The 2022 banking industry customer satisfaction survey by the Kenya Bankers Association (KBA) shows that preference for branch banking spiked to 17.6 per cent in 2022, surging past the 2019 levels of 13 per cent before the Covid-19 pandemic drove customers to mobile channels.
