Redmi Note 12 features a 200MP Ultra-High Res Camera with OIS, 120W Hypercharge, and a brand new processor MediaTek Dimensity 1080 with 10 5G Band support. It also has a 120Hz Pro AMOLED Display with Dolby Atmos & Vision support
The Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus is a complete package on paper with its 200MP camera, big AMOLED display, and 120W fast charging support.
The primary camera is coated with a layer of “atomic deposition” which helps in reducing glares at night.
The camera’s performance in bright daylight was really good, and it captured accurate colours. You can record 4K videos up to 30fps and if you have a tripod, you can easily use it for making reels and other shortform videos for your social media because the audio from the inbuilt microphone is impressive as well.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus seems to pack an impressive battery life; it features a large 5,000mAh battery as well as 120W HyperCharge, which Xiaomi claims can charge the handset to 100% in just 17 minutes.
Both the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G and 12 Pro Plus 5G are tempting budget-focused phones with plenty of similarities, not only in terms of general design but display, processor and battery life.
However, there are some key differences between the two models. The Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus has a larger camera sensor than the Redmi Note 12 Pro (200MP vs. 108MP), which should result in better image quality.
