Oppo launched its first foldable handset, the “Oppo Find N2 Flip,” in Kenya on Tuesday.

The Oppo Find N2 Flip competes against the Galaxy Z4 Flip.

The phone has a larger screen that folds flat, a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.56-inch image sensor, and a 4,300 mAh battery that charges faster at 44W. Once fully charged, the phone can last about 13–14 hours.

The phone runs on the Android 13-based ColorOS 13 skin. There is Wi-Fi 6, 5G, and Bluetooth 5.2 support, and the device has 17 5G NR band support.

In addition, the phone has a superior processor, wireless charging, and water resistance.

The Oppo Find N2 Flip is available in Astral Black and Moonlit Purple colours. It offers a 6.8-inch primary foldable screen with variable refresh rate (LTPO) support from 1Hz to 120Hz. Similarly, the device has a 3.62-inch cover display, and both panels make use of OLED technology.

In 2021, Oppo introduced the Oppo Find N which unfolds into a tablet form factor but was limited to China. The Find N2 Flip and Find N2 Fold phones were already launched in China in 2022.

The OPPO Find N2 Flip comes in Astral Black and Moonlit Purple colours and is priced at KES 129,999 for the single 8GB + 256GB model and is available from all retail stores.
