Nate Diaz beats Tony Ferguson by submission before announcing that he will be leaving the franchise.

Diaz put on a legendary solid performance against Ferguson in the main event of the night.

Diaz had been scheduled to fight Khazmat Chimaev before the Swedish fighter failed to make weight and moved to the co-main event against Kevin Holland.

Ferguson came into the fight as a favourite and caused trouble for Diaz with his constant leg kicks.

In the fourth round, Ferguson looked for a takedown, a decision that turned out to be his undoing as Diaz quickly locked in a guillotine choke and squeezed until Ferguson was forced to tap.

In the co-main event, Khazmat Chimaev put in a clinical display from the first and grappled with Holland before submitting the American.
