Hudson Sandler, independent strategic communications and ESG consultancy, has appointed Michelle Anekeya as Partner, Head of East Africa.

The appointment reflects Hudson Sandler’s continued growth in Africa driven from the Kenyan office. Hudson Sandler Africa has grown rapidly over the last two years to provide pan-African and international consultancy to many of Africa’s most dynamic and progressive companies and institutions.

With 16 years of experience in integrated marketing and communications, Michelle has worked closely with clients in the public and private sectors to tell their brands and business’s impact and success stories in East Africa.

Michelle Anekeya joins Hudson Sandler from Hill+Knowlton Strategies.  She has a strong track record in developing award-winning integrated communications campaigns, crisis communications; digital communications; employee and executive communications, media relations, people management, stakeholder relations and advocacy.

Michelle holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nairobi, a Degree in Information Sciences from Moi University and serves as a Council Member at The Public Relations Society of Kenya.

Based in Nairobi, Michelle will focus on developing Hudson Sandler’s East African operations.
