Safaricom has launched a new campaign, Tuinuane. Through the Tuinuane campaign, the telco is embarking on a journey to uplift the Kenyan communities.

“Our objective is to combine the power of technology and innovation to transform our communities, society and customers’ lives,” said Safaricom CEO Peter Ndegwa.

“What we are unveiling today is more than just a continued commitment to transforming lives. It is a new way of thinking about our business and our relationship with society. We are calling it the “Tuinuane Spirit.”

Ndegwa emphasised that the Tuinuane spirit is about everyone having a renewed sense of inspiration to do what is right by lifting others, especially during these trying times.

“For Safaricom, the Tuinuane Spirit is our way of saying that we hear you. We exist because of you. We want to work alongside you to meet your dreams and aspirations.”
