After completing her nine-year-long innings as Kenya Association of Manufacturers chief executive, Phyllis Wakiaga is now a Senior Private Sector Development Advisor-Industrialization Practice at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.

Wakiaga will be tasked with driving the Institute’s continental public-private dialogue initiative and the development of global investment programmes across various sectors that are key to the continent’s economic transformation.

“As a big believer in industrialization’s capability to transform Africa, I am excited to advance this vision at a regional level…” Ms Phyllis Tweeted.

The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change is a non-profit organization set up by former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair to help make globalization work for the many, not the few.
