Kenya Airways (KQ), the Pride of Africa, has announced the resumption of its flight services to New York from Nairobi, starting October 29. 

KQ plans to operate three operate two weekly flights (Wednesday and Sunday) on the Nairobi-New York route.

The airline before increasing the frequency to three times a week (Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday).

In 2018, KQ marked a milestone by becoming the first airline in East Africa to offer direct, non-stop flights from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi, to John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York.
