Transfer Window closes on Monday with major signings that COULD happen.
While Chelsea could boast of having sealed the major signings that it was looking for, several other clubs will be looking to have one final push before the window closes.
Frank Lampard’s side has been the most active in the transfer window making seven major signings during the summer. The latest was goalkeeper Mendy who joined the club for £22million from Rennes.
His arrival took Chelsea’s outlay this summer beyond £250m following the purchases of Hakim Ziyech (£38m), Timo Werner (£53m), Ben Chilwell (£50m), Malang Sarr (free), Thiago Silva (free) and Kai Havertz (£89m).
While the Blues have stuttered in their start to the campaign, they did record a comprehensive 4-0 win over Crystal Palace.
Other clubs, however, will be chasing down the hours to try and land their targets before the window slams shut.

Memphis Depay
The Lyon forward has been linked with a move to Barcelona this summer as the squad looks to revamp after a tumultuous summer that saw Lionel Messi hand in a transfer request and major departures of Luis Suarez and Arturo Vidal.
Barca boss Ronald Koeman has been keen on reuniting with the versatile forward who he managed at the Dutch national team.
He trusts Depay, and feels his compatriot has the skills and attributes to rally the Nou Camp crowd and provide the goods in LaLiga.
Reports in France state Depay has turned down a late offer from AC Milan, in hope of securing his switch to Barca before the window closes.
Jadon Sancho
Manchester United established themselves early on as the sole contender for Sancho’s signature, yet somehow still haven’t managed to get a deal done.
Sancho has dominated the headlines all summer long, and looks set to do so for the foreseeable.
The sticking point has always been Borussia Dortmund’s valuation, with the Bundesliga giants completely unwilling to budge from their £108million (€120m) price demand.
The most recent offer, which totalled £91m, still falls some way short. On Friday Ole Gunnar Solskjaer himself admitted he perhaps got this window wrong, in thinking teams would be more compliant when it came to selling players.
Ousmane Dembele
When the pacy forward made a switch from Germany to the Nou Camp, hope and optimism was hinged on him succeeding in the shoes of the departed Neymar.
Three years later, Dembele’s spell at the Catalans has been characterized by injuries, lack of form and game-time.
Should the Spanish side acquire Depay, they will be very willing to let the winger leave on loan or permanently.
Houssem Aouar
Aouar, like Sancho, has been subject of transfer speculation all summer with Arsenal reported to be keen on signing the talented midfielder.
With Lucas Torreira leaving for Atletico Madrid, Mikel Arteta will be looking to bring in the midfielder in the final hours to bolster the side.
A trip to Anfield last Monday showed the Gunners’ vulnerability in midfield as they lacked the link-up from defence to attack.
Thomas Partey
Another star linked with the Emirates, Ghana international Thomas has attracted interest across the continent.
Atletico Madrid are determined to keep their midfield general, who is available this summer if his £40m buy-out clause is activated.
Yet to sign fresh terms at the Wanda Metropolitano, Thomas could still feature as a deadline day departure, though it seems likely he is set to wait until the coming window.
Georginio Wijnaldum
Many expected Wijnaldum to depart as Liverpool confirmed the arrival of Thiago Alcantara, only for the silence to continue.
Wijnaldum has been heavily linked with Barcelona, who are set to be one of the most active clubs in the final hours of the transfer window.
He can still agree a deal with another European club in January, though a late surge from Barca may well see hands shaken before that.
Dele Alli
It’s been a strange summer for Alli, with his days at Spurs now seeming very numbered.
It’s unusual for a player of such promise to fall completely off the radar of his own club, though a recently rejected PSG bid has shown signs of a way back.
Nonetheless, the arrival of Gareth Bale means places in the attacking third are scarce, and a late, improved deadline day bid may well force Spurs’ hand.
