Regional low-cost carrier Jambojet has announced its fares for its maiden flights to Kigali and Mogadishu in November to enable more passengers to fly affordably and reliably from its hub in Nairobi to the two destinations.

From November 24th, customers can buy one-way tickets to Mogadishu at Ksh 24,470 and Ksh. 11,240 for flights to Kigali commencing on the 25th.

“Our entry into the two markets is part of our regional expansion programme and brings to three the total number of routes we operate in the continent with the exception of those we fly to on behalf of Kenya Airways,” said Allan Kilavuka, Chief Executive Officer, Jambojet.

The one hour Nairobi- Kigali route will begin on Monday, November 25th at 1435 and from Kigali at 1615. The Nairobi-Mogadishu route will operate from Sunday, November 24th departing Nairobi at 0600 to arrive at 0845. 

Jambojet currently flies to five local destinations namely Malindi, Ukunda, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret and one regional destination-Entebbe, Uganda – from its hub in Nairobi.

Recently, Jambojet acquired a brand new De Havilland Dash 8 -Q400 aircraft, a first of four aircrafts that are expected this year, to boost the airline’s capacity as it looks to soar into more regional destinations.
