World 10,000m champion Uganda’s Joshua Cheptegei broke the 15-year-old 10,000m record after posting  26mins 11.00 seconds. Kenyan banks restructured loans worth KShs 1.12 trillion equivalent to 38 percent of the total loan book by end of August the Central Bank says.
