Tusker Oktobafest, East Africa’s biggest beer and culture festival, brought the party to Mombasa and Nanyuki this past weekend, thrilling thousands with bold brews, local bites, and electrifying performances.
The nationwide celebration now heads to Kisumu for its grand finale on Saturday, November 8, promising an unforgettable lakeside experience.
Mombasa: Beachside Brews & Birthday Surprises
Held at the iconic New Big Tree in Bamburi, the Mombasa edition delivered a high-energy mix of music, food, and Tusker’s finest beers. Headliners included Khaligraph Jones, Ndovu Kuu, Tipsy Gee, and Honest Blind Boy, backed by DJs Benitez, Mostwanted, Issa Platinum, MC Gogo, and DJ Daffy.

At Stingers Lounge, Nanyuki’s beer lovers braved the rain for a night of soulful sounds and spirited celebration. The lineup featured Toxic Lyrikali, Ayrosh, Wanjine, and Njerae, with DJs Abby, Deewiz, Tibz, Grauchi, Kaneda, and resident DJ Doubleblack. MCs Azeezah Hashim and Kibunja kept the crowd buzzing.

Kisumu Grand Finale: Lake Edition at Atella Beach Resort
Tusker Oktobafest wraps up in Kisumu with its highly anticipated Lake Edition on Saturday, November 8. Held at Atella Beach Resort, the finale promises:
