    KFC expands its presence in Kenya with the opening of a new branch in Kakamega. Discover more about KFC’s first branch in the county.

    Fast food restaurant chain, KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) Kenya has opened a new branch in Kakamega, Kenya. This is the first branch of KFC in the county. 

    According to a tweet from KFC Kenya, the new branch is located at the Shell petrol station in Kakamega.

     

    KFC’s popularity in Kenya has grown in recent years, with its food mainly chicken and fries popular among the youth and urban residents.

    KFC started operations in Kenya in 2011. In East Africa, It has shops in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.
