Safaricom PLC (NSE: SCOM) Home Fibre is now inclusive of mobile data, calls and a preferential home insurance cover in a new partnership with Jubilee Insurance.
This means customers will not be required to compile an inventory of their household goods to benefit from the policy.

Equally, Home Fibre customers can pick their preferred home insurance plans by dialling *400# and select the “Home Insurance” option under “Manage your subscriptions”.

Our partnership with Jubilee to offer a simplified and affordable home insurance package is a further boost in meeting this need,” said Sylvia Mulinge, Chief Customer Officer, Safaricom.
Safaricom’s Home Fibre service has passed more than 213,000 homes across the country and is available in Nairobi, Nakuru, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Thika, Bungoma, Kitale, Nyeri and Nanyuki among other towns.
The telco also announced new Home Fibre packages that will combine mobile voice, mobile data, SMS and Home Fibre in one package known as Home Fibre Plus. This means that for a single fee, Safaricom Home Fibre customers can enjoy data connectivity, calls and SMS wherever they are.
