Liverpool play out a 4-3 win in a thrilling contest against Leeds.

Football fans were treated to a scintillating match at Anfield that saw Liverpool overcome a spirited performance by the newly-promoted side.

Mohammed Salah opened the scoring in the fourth minute when he converted a penalty after Robin Koch handled the ball inside the box.

Jack Harrison pulled the match level eight minutes later when he was teed up on the edge of the box by Kalvin Philips and sent a shot into the bottom left corner.

Virgil van Dijk glanced a header from Andy Robertson’s corner to restore the hosts’ lead.

The Reds would have the last laugh deep into dying minutes when summer signing Rodrigo fouled Fabinho in the box. Salah stepped up and sealed his hat-trick which gave Jurgen Klopp’s side a hardly-fought win.
