- The midfielder enjoyed a stellar loan spell with the Gunners last season, winning the FA Cup with the side
- Mental Health and Psychosocial considerations during the COVID-19 pandemic
Arsenal set to sign Dani Ceballos on loan for a second season.
The Spanish midfielder had initially returned to Madrid and joined the side for training ahead of the new season.
However, Arsenal managed to negotiate for a new loan spell with Read Madrid.
The two clubs are working to finalise a deal for the 2020-21 campaign that is again not expected to include an option for Arsenal to buy the 24 year-old permanently.
Ceballos spent last season at the Emirates, making 37 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice and finished the season strongly for FA Cup winners.
He is said to have agreed to move back to the Emirates following talks with manager Mikel Arteta.
Ceballos has featured prominently for the Gunners since the arrival of Arteta, who has deployed him in a more central role in the side’s formation.
Arteta is said to be keen on having a midfielder who can link the defenders and the attacking with ease of movement and passing, something that Ceballos has showed he can.
