- Bayern won their eighth consecutive Bundesliga title in an empty stadium
- Bavarians beat Werder Bremen 1-0 to clinch the title
- Mental Health and Psychosocial considerations during the COVID-19 pandemic
Bayern Munich players celebrated their EIGHTH consecutive Bundesliga title with a 1-0 win.
While the Bayern Munich players would have wished to have their fans fill the away stadium to join them celebrate the triumph, Robert Lewandoski and Co. were content with celebrating the title behind closed doors.
The lethal forward was on target in the game’s solitary goal that gave Hansi Flick his first Bundesliga title since taking over as manager of Bayern earlier in the season.
Their league triumph marked the 30th in their clubs history – the most of any German club in the history of the competition.
Robert Lewandoski was on target in the 41st minute with his 31st league goal of the season in a match that was dominated by the visitors.

It wasn’t the most comfortable night for Bayern, with Alphonso Davies receiving a red card late on, but after a first-class save from Manuel Neuer in injury time they rode out the Bremen onslaught to secure their 30th Bundesliga crown.
The German giants have two matches left to play this season against Freiburg and Wolfsburg.
