Low-cost carrier, Jambojet has extended its suspension of domestic and regional flights until the end of June 7, the carrier said in a statement.

April, it extended its temporary suspension to May 20th.

“The Government of Kenya has again extended the cessation of movement order in and out of Nairobi, Mombasa, Kilifi, Kwale, and Mandera counties for an additional 21 days. Therefore, Jambojet wishes to advise all customers of a further suspension of operations up to June 7th, 2020,” reads a Jambojet statement.

All passengers scheduled to travel in the period up to 7th June 2020, have been encouraged to consider rescheduling their travel to a later date at no extra cost. 

“The value of these tickets will remain valid for a period of 12 months from 18th May 2020.”

Regionally, the airline operates Kigali, Rwanda and  Entebbe, Uganda routes.
