KCB Group has appointed Anne Eriksson as a non-executive director of its board effective December 18, 2019.
She is a former Regional Senior Partner who was charged with overall responsibility for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) operations in the wider East Africa region, covering Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, and Mauritius.
She also served as a member of the PwC Africa leadership team and was with the firm for 40 years, 30 of which she was a partner.
Mrs. Eriksson has advised audit committees and boards on financial reporting and internal control matters, including risk and readiness assessment prior to the implementation of major financial systems and processes.
She serves in non-executive director positions on several boards, provides financial advice at a strategic level and mentors entrepreneurs.
Anne has an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Warwick and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Accountants of Kenya (FCPA).
