KenGen Plc Says it Will Delay Publishing Full Year Financial Results Ended June

Kenya Electricity Generating Company PLC (KenGen)will delay by a month the publishing of its audited financial results for the year ended June by Oct. 31.

Kenya’s biggest electricity producer said it was still finalising the process of appointing a new auditor which is expected to end in November. “KenGen has sought the approval of the CMA (Capital Markets Authority) to publish the results on or before Nov. 30, 2019,” the company said in a statement.
