Britam Holdings Limited’s  Margaret Kathanga has quit as chief executive officer and Principal Officer for General Insurance segment to pursue personal interests.

“I would like to thank her for her contribution and leadership during her tenure. On behalf of the board of directors I would like to wish Margaret success in her future endeavor,” said Group managing director Benson Wairegi.

The diversified financial service group has appointed Jackson Theuri, the current chief operating officer in an acting capacity. He currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Theuri holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Kenyatta University and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K).
