Safaricom Investment Cooperative (SIC) is set to launch a new real estate project dubbed called Zaria Village which will be built off Kiambu-Ruiru bypass.

The project consists of 331-quarter acre serviced plots which will be retailing at KSh6.95 million per plot and with flexible payment plans and ready individual title deeds in 3 distinct zones that is The Zaria Green Gem, The Zaria Grey and the Zaria Golden Rod.

Safaricom Senior Manager Strategy Peter Gichangi says the project is targeting middle and upper-middle-income earners where demand is high. “What we want to do is help our customers live in a serene environment in which they can easily access their daily needs,” he said adding that the construction process will be starting immediately a client pays.

The project occupies 124 acres of land, subdivided into 331 plots, each ¼ of an acre. Safaricom Investment Co-operative has partnered with Palm Ridge, together with mortgage offering banks such as KCB Group and CBA, to ensure the project is completed within the next six months.

About the project

The development is easily accessible from Nairobi CBD, Westlands, Kiambu and Thika towns. It has great access to shopping malls and recreational facilities: It is a 10-minute drive from Thika Road Mall and enjoys easy access to Village Market, Two Rivers Mall, Ridgeways Mall, Garden City and the upcoming Tatu City ‘Mall of Kenya’.
